—Printed herein is the Subdivision Ordinance for the County of Isle of Wight as adopted
Nov. 20, 2008. This ordinance replaces the previous Subdivision Ordinance which was
originally adopted Mar. 6, 1969, as amended through Sept. 17, 1998. Amendments are
indicated by parenthetical history notes following amended provisions. The absence
of a history note indicates that the provision remains unchanged from the original.
Obvious misspellings and punctuation errors have been corrected without notation.
Additions made for clarity are indicated by brackets.
