§ 5.4. Subdivision types.
5.4.1.
Purpose. .....The zoning ordinance establishes twelve (12) different base zoning districts. These zoning districts are based on the intended character of development located within the district. Understanding that the character of the development also contains implications for subdivision design, certain standards within this ordinance have been tailored to accommodate appropriate layout and construction. This may not be construed as allowing any use or development that is not in conformance with the zoning ordinance or the zoning requirement for residential development (reference section 3.2.3.C, zoning requirements in this ordinance for information on required zoning prior to subdivision approval).
