(a)
The requirements of this ordinance supplement the county's land development ordinances, including existing zoning and subdivision ordinances and regulations. In the event of inconsistency between the provisions of this ordinance and the provisions established in other applicable ordinances, the more restrictive or stringent provisions shall apply.
(b)
Permitted uses, special permit uses, accessory uses and special requirements shall be as established by the zoning ordinance and the underlying zoning district, unless specifically modified by the requirements of this ordinance.
(c)
Lot size shall also comply with requirements of the underlying zoning district in the zoning ordinance, provided that all lots shall have sufficient area outside the Resource Protection Area to accommodate an intended development, in accordance with the performance standards in section 4002, when such development is not otherwise allowed in the Resource Protection Area.
(d)
References in this ordinance to any law statute, ordinance, rule or regulation in force on the date of adoption of this ordinance shall include any subsequent amendments or revisions.
