§ 3-1000. Purpose.

The purpose of the use types is to establish a classification system for land uses and a consistent set of terms defining uses permitted within various zoning districts. The use types section also facilitates the process of determining the applicable use type of any activity not clearly within any defined use type. The use type categories are as follows: agricultural, residential, civic, office, commercial, industrial, and miscellaneous. (7-7-05; 7-19-18; 11-15-18.)
