In addition to the individual lot landscaping requirements of article VIII, at a minimum,
all planned development industrial parks shall provide buffer zone landscaping between
the development and any land not master-planned as part of an industrial park. The
buffer zone landscaping shall meet the design and points specifications for industrial
use types.
B.
All structures, including accessory structures, shall be located at least one hundred
(100) feet from the right-of-way of any existing street, which abuts or borders the
