The minimum width for an agritourism activity within or outside of an enclosed structure,
intended to attract more than an average of ten (10) vehicle trips per day in addition
to the residential use on the property, shall be three hundred (300) feet at the building
setback line. The zoning administrator has the authority to waive this requirement
if it is determined that there are no adjacent residential uses within three hundred
(300) feet of the proposed agritourism activity. (11-17-16; 7-19-18; 11-15-18.)
