Minimum lot area:

1.

With private sewer and water: Twenty thousand (20,000) square feet.

2.

With public sewer or water: Fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet.

B.

Minimum lot width: .....One hundred (100) feet.

C.

Minimum lot frontage: .....One hundred (100) feet.

D.
