§ 4-16010. Existing manufactured home parks.

Any manufactured home park that is in existence at the effective date of this ordinance will be allowed to continue as it is presently being operated. However, any addition or expansion to any existing manufactured home park after the effective date of this amendment shall be required to conform with the regulations of this section.
