It shall be a violation of this zoning ordinance for any person to construct or structurally
alter any building or structure or to develop or modify land for which a residential
plot plan, a simplified site plan, or final site development plan is required, except
in accordance with the approved plan. All improvements required by this ordinance
and shown on the approved plan shall be built to the county's standards and specifications,
including those established by the various county departments, and shall be installed
by and at the expense of the developer. (7-7-05; 7-19-18.)
