§ 7-2013. Time limitation on approved plans.

Approval of a simplified site plan and final site development plan shall be void unless a building permit has been issued or use of the affected property has commenced within five (5) years from the date of approval as outlined in Section 15.2-2261 of the Code of Virginia.
