This schedule sets forth minimum parking requirements for uses with elements having different functions or operating characteristics within a single overall use.

Specific requirements shall be determined by the zoning administrator based on requirements for similar uses, location of the proposed use, expected demand and traffic generated by the proposed use, and appropriate traffic engineering and planning criteria and information.
