§ C-3. Applicability.

The PACE program shall be available for all qualifying lands in the county, except those lands under the ownership or control of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Isle of Wight County or an agency or instrumentality thereof. Any agricultural conservation easement acquired pursuant to this chapter shall be voluntarily offered by the owner. (5-19-05.)
