§ C-8. Ranking system.

In order to effectuate the purposes of this appendix, parcels for which agricultural conservation easement applications have been received shall be evaluated by utilizing a ranking system. The initial ranking system and changes to the ranking system shall be recommended by the PACE committee for approval by the board. The ranking system may be used to prioritize the acquisition of agricultural conservation easements. (5-19-05.)
