§ D-2. Boundaries.

The boundaries of each agricultural district established under section D-1 above shall be as more specifically set forth on a map, entitled "Official Agricultural and Forestal District Map of Isle of Wight County, Virginia", a copy of which shall be on file in the department of planning and zoning and shall be amended using the procedures set forth by state law upon the renewal date established for each district and/or upon the voluntary addition or withdrawal of property to and from the district by the property owner in accordance with Sections 15.2-4305, 15.2-4307, 15.2-4310, 15.2-4314 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended). Each parcel as specifically defined by the tax map parcel number of those parcels noted on the official map shall automatically qualify for use value assessment; provided, the owners of the real estate meet the criteria set forth in Title 58, Chapter 32, Article 4, Sections 58.1-3230 and 58.1-3233 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended).
