§ D-7. Review of districts.

The districts established by this appendix D shall be reviewed by the board of supervisors at the end of each period set by the board of supervisors at the time of creation, and said board may by ordinance renew the district or modify same for not less than a four-year period and not more than a ten-year period. No owner of land shall be included in the districts established by the appendix D without such owner's written approval. (Ord. No. 2011-17-C, 9-1-11.)
