§ 10-3.1. License requirement; requiring evidence of payment of certain taxes.

No business license applied for under chapter 10 of the Code of Isle of Wight County, Virginia (1978, as amended) shall be issued until the applicant has produced satisfactory evidence that all delinquent business license, personal property, and other taxes owed by the business to the county have been paid which have been properly assessed against the applicant by the county.
