§ 10-14. Fortune-tellers.

(a)

The license tax on each fortune-teller shall be five hundred dollars per year.

(b)

As used in this section, the term "fortune-teller" shall include a clairvoyant, a practitioner of palmistry, a phrenologist, a faith healer, a star analyst, a handwriting analyst who attempts to predict the future or any other person who attempts to predict the future.
