§ 10-37. Display of license.

Any person selling or offering to sell as an itinerant merchant or peddler shall exhibit his or her license on demand of any citizen of the county to whom he sells or offers to sell, and upon his failure or refusal to do so, shall be subject to the penalty of peddling without a license.
