§ 11-1. Definitions.

Wherever the term "motor vehicle" or "vehicle" is used in this chapter, the same shall be held to refer to and mean "motor vehicle" or "vehicle" as defined in Section 46.2-100 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended), as it may be amended from time to time. (9-21-17.)
