§ 11-13. License required; exception.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any resident of the county to own or have in his custody or under his control a motor vehicle which is normally garaged, stored or parked in the county, unless such vehicle is currently licensed pursuant to this article.

(b)

This section shall not apply to any vehicle that is not required to have an annual or biannual state vehicle registration. (9-21-17.)
