§ 11-42. Brake to be set, motor stopped and wheels turned to curb when leaving vehicle unattended.

  • No person having control or charge of a motor vehicle shall allow such vehicle to stand on any highway unattended, without first effectively setting the emergency or parking brake thereon, stopping the motor and turning the front wheels into the curb or side of the roadway. (10-1-92; 9-21-17.)
