§ 11-48. Parking near scene of fire.

  • It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle within five hundred feet of where fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm. This section shall not apply to any fire department responding to such alarm in the performance of its lawful duties. (10-1-92; 9-21-17.)
