§ 11-50. Parking for purpose of selling vehicles, goods, wares or merchandise.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle or automotive equipment on or along the roads, highways and streets of the county, or within the rights-of-way of such roads, highways and streets, for the purpose of selling or soliciting the sale of, or otherwise displaying or offering for sale, any goods, wares or other merchandise in or from such vehicles, or for the purpose of selling or offering such vehicle itself for sale.
