§ 11-60. Authority; purpose.

Pursuant to the authority granted the county of Isle of Wight by Section 46.2-1300 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, and in accordance with Section 15.2-1200 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, the county adopts the provisions of this article for the purpose of securing and promoting the health, safety and general welfare of its citizens.
