§ 11-64. Enforcement.

This article shall be enforceable by the sheriff, deputy sheriffs and all police officers with authority to enforce traffic laws within the county, all of whom are hereby authorized and empowered to issue the summons or notice of violations of this article. (1-20-05; 9-21-17.)
