§ 11-69. Penalties.

  • (a)

    For failure to comply with traffic light signal. .....The operator of a vehicle shall be liable for a monetary penalty of fifty dollars if such vehicle is found, as evidenced by information obtained from a traffic signal violation monitoring system, to have failed to comply with a traffic signal within the county. Any person found liable under this article may contest the summons as provided by Section 15.2-968.1 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended).

    (b)

    For disclosure of personal information. .....Any person who discloses personal information collected by a traffic light signal violation monitoring system in violation of the provisions of Section 15.2-968.1(H) of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended) shall be subject to a civil penalty of one thousand dollars.
