§ 12-3. Dance halls—License required.

  • No person shall, in the county, operate or conduct a dance hall without having first obtained a permit from the board of supervisors, as prescribed and provided for in section 15.2-912.3 of the Code of Virginia, and having paid to the county a license tax in the amount of six hundred dollars, the same to be due and payable on the first day of January of each and every year.
