§ 14-6. Right of access of county.

The county shall have the right of access at all times to any part of any improved property served by the sewerage system as shall be required for purposes of, but not limited to, inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, and for performance of other functions relating to service rendered by the county through the sewerage system.
