§ 14-19. Authority of county to enter into separate agreements.

Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prohibit the county from entering into separate agreements with owners where, due to seasonable fluctuations or other unusual circumstances, the sewer rental set forth herein shall be deemed by the county to be unfair or inequitable.
