§ 14-26. Placing, etc., certain wastes in county prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person with access to public sewerage collection facilities to place, deposit or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner on public or private property within the county, any human excrement or other objectionable sewerage wastes. (5-21-09.)
