§ 14-42. Authority of county to require.

All sewer service customers shall pay a deposit prior to the initiation of sewer service, except those as exempted herein. The person desiring sewer service shall deposit with the county an amount equal to the average bill for that category of sewer customer for which sewer service is being requested, including utility taxes based thereon, for four months. The amount of said deposit shall be determined administratively, and adjusted from time to time, as necessary. (5-21-09.)
