§ 14-61. Same—Determinations by director of general services.

Petitions and corporate letters may be referred by the board of supervisors to the director of utility services for determination of affected property owners or area and for feasibility review. The director of utility services shall recommend a course of action to the board of supervisors based on review findings and recommendations. (5-21-09; Ord.
