§ 14-67. Stormwater, etc., not to be discharged into sanitary sewer.

  • No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water or unpolluted industrial process waters into any sanitary sewer. Where existing surface water or roof drains are connected to the sewer system, they shall be removed within ninety days of receipt of a notice from the county to remove such connection. In the event such connection is not removed, the county shall cause such connection to be removed at the owner's expense. (5-21-09.)
