§ 14-76. Certain facilities may be required for pretreatment.

Whenever necessary, in the opinion of the county or others having jurisdiction, the owner of an improved property shall provide, at owner's expense, such facilities for preliminary treatment and handling of industrial wastes as may be necessary to satisfy the requirements of the owner of the receiving wastewater treatment facility.
