§ 14-88. Storage.

Biosolids shall be land applied as they are received at the site unless land application is precluded by unforeseen weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of the permittee. Biosolids shall not be stored at any site in Isle of Wight County other than storage that is approved in accordance with the law and regulations of the Virginia Department of Health.
