§ 14-91. Effective date.

This article is effective immediately. Any land application that is in progress on the date this article is adopted, and any land application that was scheduled before the effective date of the ordinance codified in this article, shall be deemed in compliance with this article provided that application is completed within thirty days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this article.
