§ 14-99. Fees.

(a)

Fees provided for in this article are separate and distinct from all other fees chargeable by the County of Isle of Wight. Fees applicable to this article are as follows:

(1)

FSE registration fees shall be in an amount as shall be set forth in the Isle of Wight County Uniform Fee Schedule, as adopted by the board of supervisors, as it may be amended, and shall be payable at the time of submittal of the registration.

(2)

FSE inspection and reinspection fees shall be as shall be set forth in the Isle of Wight County Uniform Fee Schedule, as adopted by the board of supervisors, as it may be amended.

Such fees shall be due upon invoice by the County of Isle of Wight. Such fees may be added to the FSE's public service bill. (Ord. No. 2011-2-C, 1-6-11; 5-1-14.)
