§ 16-5. Disposition of charges, etc.

The amount of all rates, charges and revenue of every kind due for the use, occupation and operation of the boat harbor and its facilities and for any and all business or activity conducted in connection with the use, occupation and operation of the boat harbor shall be collected by and paid to the county's agent. The amount of all such rates, charges and revenue so collected shall be applied by the board or its agent to the payment of the costs and expenses of the operation of the boat harbor and its facilities. The net balance thereof shall be paid to the county treasurer not later than the thirtieth day of June in each year. (10-5-67, § 5; 9-19-02.)
