§ 17-12. Violations; penalty.

Any person who knowingly, intentionally or negligently violates any order, rule or regulation of the wetlands board of Isle of Wight County, Virginia, or any provision of this chapter, or any provision of a permit granted pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor. Following a conviction, every day the violation continues is a separate offense. (3-4-93, § 14.)
