§ 17-8. Permits; generally.
(a)
The permit shall be in writing, signed by the chairman of the board, and notarized. A copy of the permit shall be transmitted to the commissioner.
(b)
No permit shall be granted without an expiration date established by the board. Upon proper application, the board may extend the permit expiration date. When the request for permit extension is received within thirty days prior to the expiration date of the permit, the board shall consider the request without a public hearing being required. The application fee for a request for permit extension shall be in accordance with section 17-3(c). (3-4-93, §§ 11, 12; 12-18-08.)
