§ 2-1. County administrator.

The board of supervisors hereby creates the office of county administrator, which shall be filled by appointment by the board of supervisors under the provisions of Section 15.2-406 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended). The county administrator shall be vested with all those powers, duties and responsibilities as set forth in Section 15.2-407 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended) and such other powers, duties and responsibilities as the board of supervisors may assign from time to time.
