§ 4-14. Generally.

On all buildings, structures, alterations or repairs requiring a building permit, including plumbing, electrical and mechanical installation, as defined in the building code, plumbing code, electrical code and mechanical code as adopted by the state and entitled the uniform statewide building code, fees shall be paid as shall be set forth in the Isle of Wight County Uniform Fee Schedule, as adopted by the board of supervisors, as it may be amended.
