§ 6-1. Purpose of chapter.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for, both during and following development, the control of erosion and sedimentation, and to establish procedures for the administration and enforcement of such controls.

It is the intent of this chapter to be an adjunct to Appendix A and Appendix B of this Code wherein such apply to the development and subdivision of land within the county or such apply to development on previously subdivided land within the county. (4-19-07.)
