§ 7-21. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to regulate the disposal or storage of tires in order to promote resource conservation and resource recovery, and to prevent any hazards, fire or otherwise, that may be created by such disposal or storage and to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the county.
