§ 8-19. Application.

(a)

Every person who shall apply for a license under this article shall state the type or types of solid wastes to be collected, the manner of collection and the place and method of disposal. No license shall be granted if the place and method of disposal shall not conform to the requirements of article V above and this article VI.

(b)

All collectors must furnish the county with a schedule of rates to be charged and services to be rendered.

(c)

All collectors shall provide the board of supervisors with a written guarantee of continuity and satisfactory service. (8-21-06.)
