§ 8-27. Forms for reports.

The Southeastern Public Service Authority may prepare forms to be used by any person required to submit a report under this article. Any such forms shall be available at the principal offices of the Southeastern Public Service Authority and at the offices of the county administrator. (8-21-06.)
