§ 9.1-4. Same—Collection and remittance.

Fees assessed pursuant to section 9.1-3 shall be collected by the clerk of the court in which the action was filed and remitted to the county treasurer for deposit into the county general fund. (Ord. No. 2010-9-C, 5-27-10.)
