§ 9-2. Same—License.

No person shall operate, keep, have or maintain within the territorial limits of the county any junk yard without first obtaining from the board of supervisors a license therefor, the cost of such license to be five dollars per annum for each such junk yard. Any such license shall be due on the first day of each calendar year, shall be good only for the calendar year in which issued, shall not be assignable and the cost thereof shall not be prorated.
