§ 5.17. Solid waste refuse collection.

All subdivision lots on new streets in subdivisions platted subsequent to August 1, 1997, shall be required to utilize the door-to-door solid waste refuse collection by the duly authorized and franchised collectors and haulers as determined by the board of supervisors of Isle of Wight County, Virginia.
