§ 5.6. Subdivision activity in Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area.

Any subdivision activity subject to the provisions of this ordinance and contained wholly or in part within the designated Isle of Wight County Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area must be designed and performed in compliance with the Isle of Wight County Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Ordinance.
